Welcome to Sambe Taxi, the innovative ride-sharing platform that connects riders with reliable drivers. Before you start enjoying the convenience of our service, please take a moment to read and understand the following terms and conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Sambie Taxi application and its services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Sambie Taxi. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all registration information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
3. Service Description
Sambie Taxi, operated by Sambie Transport PLC, provides a digital platform that connects riders with independent driver partners. Sambie Transport PLC acts as a technology service provider and does not directly operate a fleet of vehicles or employ drivers. The direct contract for transportation service is formed between the rider and the driver.
4. User Conduct
As a user of Sambie Taxi, you agree to:

5. Payment and Fees
Fares and fees for Sambie Taxi services are calculated and processed through the app or settled via authorized payment methods (including cash or designated digital wallets). By requesting a trip, you agree to pay the calculated fare, which includes base rates, distance, duration, and applicable tolls or surcharges. Unless explicitly stated otherwise by Sambie Transport PLC, payments are non-refundable once the trip has been completed.
6. Cancellation Policy
Riders may cancel a trip request through the app. However, if a cancellation occurs after a driver partner has already accepted and traveled toward your pickup location, a cancellation fee may apply. Drivers also reserve the right to cancel a pickup under valid circumstances (such as safety concerns or passenger no-shows). Cancellation rules and fee structures are outlined within the app.
7. Privacy Policy
Sambie Transport PLC values your privacy. Our Privacy Policy details how we collect, process, and protect your personal information and location data. By using Sambie Taxi, you consent to the data collection and usage practices outlined in our Privacy Policy.
8. User Ratings and Feedback
To maintain quality and safety standards, riders and drivers have the opportunity to rate and review each other after every completed trip. Sambie Transport PLC reserves the right to evaluate user feedback and take appropriate measures, including temporary account holds or permanent suspension, for low ratings or safety policy violations.
9. Account Termination
Sambie Transport PLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account access immediately, without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, or behavior that compromises the safety of riders or drivers.
